Getting reacquainted with getting specific (Thank you Elena Brower) has been quite an interesting experience recently. What l’ve learned recently with getting back into a more mindful discipline has changed how l now organise my days. Allowing me more time to do what l love as well as attend to the day to day mundane activities. Hence l wanted to record a simple but effective mindful meditation and coaching practice for structure and clarity in this busy world of ours. Included in this practice are 3 prompts that l have found particularly helpful to myself and equally with my private clients in the past. Sitting with these 3 prompts (Thank you Keith Nelson) can begin to give you a bit more clarity on the way forward in changing old unproductive patterns.
