Belief to Blossom

Feeling the fear and doubt but keep going anyway!
1

On Saturday l decided to do organise a virtual meet to give people an example of a monthly gathering l will be starting in September, a flavour so to speak.

The Video recording awaits you above. Consisting of video practices, a chant, a poem and some prompts on Blossoming and belief.

Although no-one turned up (honesty prevails here!) how human of me to feel this way (thank you

) to feel slightly discouraged. I decided to go ahead and continue with what l had planned to do anyway (and had fun in the process).

Somehow hearing the thoughts, and words l had written into a virtual existence was a good learning experience. Reminders of when l first started teaching online.

With the success stories we often hear on this platform, it can often become easy to get discouraged in our writing journey and the expectations ahead. However, if we believe in what we do and more importantly how we communicate it, through various mediums and words we use to tell the narratives we should keep going. Learning and observing as we go.

Thank you to

for your reassurance and recommendations and thank you to for the reconnection after those many years ago when we first met when l was teaching at Tri Yoga Chelsea, l’m excited for what we can co-create together.

Tri Yoga Gathering, Kings Road, Chelsea

The conclusion of this narrative is that we are always the student if when we think we’re not.
