Hello friends,
Inspired by recent readings and yoga over the weekend and always weaving my theme of how to cultivate more nourishment in an overstimulated world. I offer this short but sweet meditation, mantra/affirmation practice as a result to help you reset, belief, trust, love and hope in yourself. Developing a reassurance and resilience within to allow more receptivity and creativity flow.
My hope is that it will give you strength to face what ever your facing currently, providing a reset for a refreshed mindset.
Take a comfortable seat (for you), once that feels connected and offers presence to your being.
Eyes can be closed, or slightly (3/4) open focusing on a spot about a foot in front of you.
Palms facing up, as you touch your thumb to each thumb type repeat the below.
Affirmation 1 : I believe in myself - repeat 5 times
Affirmation 2: I trust, love, hope - repeat 5 times
After practising one/or both sit with the remnants of the vibration and if feel drawn to note anything down grab your notebook and pen and jot away!
